The date shown on a resource may identify its edition, examination year, upload year, publication year, or the year supplied by a Contributor. It does not necessarily guarantee that the resource remains valid for the current academic session.

Always check the latest official information before relying on a resource for an examination, admission, or other important academic decision.

Contributor uploads remain subject to administrative review before publication.

Administrative review may consider matters such as:

• File quality;
• Relevance;
• Resource classification;
• Basic formatting;
• Apparent duplication;
• Obvious policy violations;
• Safety concerns; and
• General suitability for the platform.

However, administrative review does not guarantee:

• Complete factual accuracy;
• Correct answers;
• Complete syllabus alignment;
• Original authorship;
• Copyright ownership;
• Legal authority to share the content;
• Professional qualifications of the Contributor;
• Absence of every privacy issue;
• Absence of hidden errors; or

Approval means only that SmartParho permitted the resource to appear on the platform following the review process applied at that time.

Educational resources, descriptions, profiles, explanations, comments, and other materials submitted by Contributors remain the responsibility of the persons who submitted them.

Contributor content does not necessarily represent the views, opinions, teaching methods, policies, or recommendations of SmartParho.

SmartParho does not guarantee that a Contributor:

• Is currently employed by an educational institution;
• Holds a claimed qualification;
• Created every part of a submitted resource;
• Has obtained every required permission;
• Will continue providing resources;
• Will respond to users;
• Will receive donations; or
• Will remain approved indefinitely.

Users should independently assess Contributor material before relying on it.

Using SmartParho does not guarantee:

• Examination success;
• A particular grade, percentage, or mark;

Answers and solutions in notes, keybooks, solved papers, guides, or Contributor resources may reflect one possible method or interpretation.

SmartParho does not guarantee that:

• Every answer is correct;
• Every calculation is accurate;
• Every translation is exact;
• Every solution follows the latest marking scheme;
• An examiner will accept the same wording or method;
• A resource includes every valid approach; or
• A resource is appropriate for all boards or classes.

SmartParho may allow users to view PDFs in the browser and download eligible files according to account and subscription rules.

We do not guarantee that:

• Every PDF will open on every device;
• Every file will be downloadable;
• Every page will display correctly;
• A file will be available at all times;
• A download will complete without interruption;
• A file will be compatible with every PDF reader;
• A signed or temporary download link will remain active;
• A file will be free from defects introduced before it reached SmartParho; or
• A removed resource will remain accessible.

Users are responsible for:

• Keeping their devices secure;

Search results may be incomplete, incorrectly categorised, delayed, or influenced by the information provided by a Contributor.

Paid plans may provide expanded download permissions or other features described on the relevant plan page.

Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee:

• That every resource will be available;
• That a specific resource will remain online;
• That all classes, subjects, and boards will have equal coverage;
• Uninterrupted platform access;
• A particular academic result; or
• Access to content that must be restricted for copyright, security, legal, or technical reasons.

Plan features, limits, and availability are governed by the Pricing and Plans page and the Terms

of Service.

Payment and refund matters are governed by the Refund Policy.

SmartParho may manually verify payments made through JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, or another available payment method.

Submitting a payment receipt or screenshot does not guarantee immediate activation. Payments may be delayed, rejected, or investigated where information is incomplete, inconsistent, duplicated, reversed, disputed, or cannot be verified.

SmartParho is not responsible for:

• Payment-provider outages;
• Bank or mobile-wallet delays;
• Incorrect account details entered by the payer;
• Transaction fees;
• Mobile-network interruptions;
• Payment reversals;
• Unauthorised payments caused by the user’s failure to secure an account;
• Delays outside SmartParho’s control; or
• Decisions made by an independent financial institution.

SmartParho will never require your payment PIN, ATM PIN, password, one-time password, or mobile-wallet security code.

Users must verify the official SmartParho payment details displayed on the website before making a payment.

Donations to SmartParho, Contributors, teachers, schools, institutions, or educational initiatives are voluntary.

A donation does not guarantee:

• Ownership or control of SmartParho;
• A particular educational resource;
• A particular platform feature;
• Public recognition;
• A service in return;
• An academic result;
• A Contributor’s continued activity;
• A school’s performance; or
• A financial return.

Unrestricted donations to SmartParho may be used for purposes including hosting, bandwidth, file storage, administration, security, platform development, educational access, content review, and related operating needs.

Where a donation is described as supporting a particular Contributor, institution, or initiative, its administration may remain subject to:

• Payout eligibility;

Do not assume that a donation is tax-deductible unless SmartParho expressly provides written confirmation applicable to your circumstances. Users should obtain independent tax advice where necessary.

SmartParho may allow schools, academies, education businesses, and other institutions to create public profiles and receive student enquiries.

Profile information may be supplied by the institution or its representative.

SmartParho does not guarantee that institutional information is:

• Complete;
• Continuously accurate;
• Updated immediately;
• Independently verified in every detail; or
• Suitable for a particular student.

Users must independently verify important institutional information, including:

• Legal registration;
• Accreditation;
• Board affiliation;
• Campus location;
• Courses and programmes;
• Fees;
• Refund terms;
• Teacher qualifications;
• Results and success claims;
• Admission requirements;
• Facilities;
• Safety arrangements; and
• Contact details.

SmartParho is not responsible for false, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information submitted by an institution.

SmartParho may display a verification badge or similar status after reviewing information or documents supplied by a Sponsor, school, academy, Contributor, or institution.

A SmartParho verification badge means only that SmartParho completed the review process it considered appropriate at the relevant time.

Verification does not constitute:

• Government registration;
• Official accreditation;
• Board affiliation;
• Legal certification;
• Approval of fees;
• Verification of every statement;
• A guarantee of educational quality;
• A guarantee of student safety;
• A guarantee of financial stability; or
• An endorsement or recommendation by SmartParho.

Verification status may be suspended or removed if information becomes outdated, disputed, misleading, or inconsistent with platform requirements.

Sponsors or institutions may receive featured placement, priority directory positioning, or homepage visibility under an approved or paid plan.

Featured or sponsored placement does not mean that SmartParho considers the institution better, safer, more qualified, or more suitable than another institution.

Placement may be influenced by:

• The selected plan;
• Sponsorship arrangements;
• Availability;
• Rotation;
• Page design;
• Location;
• Relevance;
• Administrative decisions; or
• Technical factors.

SmartParho does not guarantee a Sponsor or institution:

• A particular number of views;
• Student enquiries;
• Enrolments;
• Admissions;
• Sales;
• Revenue;
• Search-engine ranking;
• Permanent placement; or
• A return on its payment.

Users should independently evaluate every institution, including those marked as verified, featured, or sponsored.

SmartParho may allow students, parents, or guardians to send enquiries to schools, academies, institutions, Sponsors, or Contributors.

SmartParho may deliver the submitted enquiry but is not a party to any later:

• Conversation;
• Meeting;
• Campus visit;
• Admission;
• Enrolment;
• Course;
• Fee payment;
• Refund request;
• Contract;
• Promise;
• Service; or
• Dispute between the user and the recipient.

SmartParho does not guarantee that:

• An institution will respond;
• A response will be accurate;
• A programme will be available;
• A student will be admitted;
• A quoted fee will remain unchanged;
• A meeting or campus will be safe; or
• The recipient will handle the enquiry appropriately.

Students under 18 should involve a parent or legal guardian before contacting, visiting, paying, or entering an arrangement with an institution or another user.

Parents and guardians should independently assess institutions and supervise communications involving minors.

SmartParho may allow eligible Contributors or institutions to receive voluntary support.

Displaying a donation option does not guarantee that:

• Donations will be received;
• A minimum amount will be raised;
• Every payment will qualify for payout;
• Payouts will be immediate;
• A Contributor will remain eligible; or
• A Contributor’s content will remain published.

Payouts may be delayed, rejected, reversed, or withheld where reasonably necessary to address:

• Identity-verification issues;
• Payment disputes;
• Fraud;
• Copyright complaints;
• Reversed transactions;
• Account compromise;
• Policy violations;
• Legal requirements; or
• Payment-provider restrictions.

SmartParho may publish study tips, educational guides, explanatory articles, comparisons, announcements, and other general information.

Such content is provided for general informational purposes and may not apply to every board, class, institution, or student.

Blog articles and guides may become outdated after publication.

They should not be treated as official board instructions, professional counselling, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or a substitute for guidance from an appropriately qualified professional.

SmartParho may link to education boards, government websites, publishers, schools, academies, Google, WhatsApp, payment providers, social-media platforms, cloud services, and other third-party websites.

External links are provided for convenience or reference.

SmartParho does not control and is not responsible for the:
