Terms & Conditions
These Terms explain the rules for accessing and using SmartParho’s educational resources, accounts, downloads, subscriptions, Contributor services, Sponsor profiles, and related features.
Last updated: 26 July 2026
Welcome to SmartParho.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SmartParho website, educational resources, PDF viewer, downloads, accounts, subscriptions, Contributor services, Sponsor and institution profiles, student enquiries, donations, payment-verification features, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services”.
“SmartParho”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of SmartParho.
“You” and “your” refer to any visitor, registered user, student, parent, guardian, teacher, Contributor, Sponsor, school, academy, institution, business, or organisation using the Services.
By accessing SmartParho, creating an account, purchasing a plan, uploading content, creating a public profile, submitting an enquiry, making a donation, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
1. Related Policies
The following policies and notices form part of these Terms:
- Privacy Policy;
- Refund Policy;
- Copyright Policy;
- Disclaimer;
- Pricing and Plans;
- Contributor guidelines;
- Sponsor or institution guidelines;
- Donation or payout rules; and
- Any feature-specific terms displayed when you use the relevant service.
If a specific policy conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific policy will apply to the relevant feature.
2. Eligibility and Use by Students
SmartParho provides educational resources for students from Class 1 to Class 12. Many intended users may therefore be under 18 years of age.
Students under 18 may browse and use SmartParho’s educational resources with the permission and appropriate supervision of a parent, legal guardian, teacher, or responsible adult.
A parent or legal guardian should be involved when a minor:
- Creates an account;
- Provides personal information;
- Purchases a subscription;
- Makes a payment or donation;
- Sends an enquiry to a Sponsor, school, academy, institution, or Contributor;
- Uploads educational content;
- Applies as a Contributor;
- Creates or manages a Sponsor or institution profile; or
- Participates in a payout, contract, or commercial arrangement.
Children under 13 may browse publicly available educational resources. However, they should not independently create an account, provide personal information, make a payment, upload content, or send an inquiry without the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor’s use of SmartParho and for payments, submissions, or communications made with their permission.
Contributor, Sponsor, institution-verification, payout, and commercial features should be used only by:
- Adults;
- Legally recognised organisations;
- Authorised representatives of an organisation; or
- Minors acting with the direct authorisation and involvement of a parent, guardian, or authorised institution.
When you use SmartParho on behalf of a school, academy, business, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation.
3. About SmartParho

- Keybooks;
- Past papers;
- Model papers;
- Solved papers;
- Guides;
- Practice materials; and
- Other educational resources.
Resources may be organised by board, class, subject, medium, year, resource type, and other educational categories.
SmartParho is not an examination board, government department, school regulator, university, publisher, awarding body, or official education authority.
Unless expressly stated on a particular page, SmartParho is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any education board, government body, publisher, school, academy, or examination authority.
Names of education boards, institutions, publishers, qualifications, textbooks, and examinations may be used only for identification and educational organisation.
4. Educational Purpose
SmartParho provides resources for lawful:
- Personal study;
- Teaching support;
- Educational reference;
- Homework support;
- Revision; and
- Examination preparation.
SmartParho is a supplementary educational platform. It is not a replacement for:
- Official syllabuses;
- Qualified teachers;
- Classroom instruction;
- School guidance;
- Professional tutoring; or
- Information issued by the relevant education board or institution.
You are responsible for confirming important educational information through official sources.
5. No Academic Guarantee
SmartParho does not guarantee:
- Examination success;
- A particular grade or mark;
- Admission to a school, college, university, or programme;
- Scholarship eligibility;
- Employment or professional qualification;
- Acceptance of a resource by an education board;
- That every answer or solution is correct;
- That every resource follows the latest syllabus; or
- Any other academic result.
Academic outcomes depend on many factors outside SmartParho’s control, including personal effort, teaching quality, attendance, health, study methods, examination conditions, and official marking requirements.
6. Resource Accuracy and Availability
SmartParho aims to organise useful educational resources, but we do not guarantee that every resource is:
- Complete;
- Error-free;
- Authentic;
- Official;
- Suitable for every learner;
- Updated to the latest syllabus;
- Correctly categorised;
- Free from typographical errors;
- Available in every medium or language; or
- Continuously available for viewing or download.
Resource descriptions, titles, classifications, years, files, and links may be corrected or changed at any time.
SmartParho may remove, replace, restrict, archive, or update a resource without notice for reasons including:
- Quality concerns;
- Technical problems;
- Copyright complaints;
- Privacy concerns;
- Legal requirements;
- Security risks;
- Contributor requests;
- Incorrect classification; or
- Platform changes.
You should verify important content with the relevant textbook, syllabus, teacher, publisher, institution, or education board.
7. User Accounts
Some features require an account.
When creating or using an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information;
- Use an email address you are authorised to access;
- Complete email verification where required;
- Select an appropriate account role;
- Keep your profile information updated;
- Protect your password and login credentials;
- Prevent unauthorised access; and
- Notify SmartParho if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not:
- Use another person’s identity or email without permission;
- Impersonate another user or organisation;
- Create multiple accounts to bypass limits or restrictions;
- Sell, rent, transfer, or share your account;
- Allow another person to misuse your account;
- Select a misleading account role;
- Attempt to obtain administrator privileges; or
- Create an account for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify SmartParho that the account has been compromised.
Administrator accounts are created and managed separately by authorised SmartParho personnel. Selecting a role during onboarding does not provide administrative access.
8. Google Sign-In and Third-Party Authentication
SmartParho may allow users to create or access accounts using Google or another supported authentication provider.
Your use of third-party authentication is also subject to that provider’s terms and policies.
SmartParho does not control the continued availability of third-party sign-in services.
We may require you to verify your identity or use another login method if:
- The provider becomes unavailable;
- Your third-party account is restricted;
- Account information does not match;
- We detect suspicious activity; or
- Additional verification is reasonably necessary.
You must not use a Google or other third-party account that you do not own or have permission to use.
9. Account Roles
SmartParho may provide different account roles, including:
- Student;
- Contributor; and
- Sponsor.
Features, permissions, dashboards, upload options, download limits, public profiles, verification requirements, and payment options may vary by role.
Selecting a role does not guarantee:
- Approval;
- Verification;
- Publication;
- Profile visibility;
- Donations;
- Payouts;
- Student enquiries;
- Featured placement; or
- Access to every platform feature.
SmartParho may review role selections, request additional information, correct an inappropriate role, restrict role-specific features, or revoke role access where reasonably necessary.
10. PDF Viewing, Bookmarks, and Downloads
Current viewing and download rules are displayed on the Pricing and Plans page and within
relevant account areas.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Visitors may view available PDFs in the browser;
- Guests may not download files;
- Downloads require an eligible account;
- Free accounts may download textbooks within a monthly quota (5 textbook downloads per month by default);
- Standard plans provide expanded textbook-download access (20 downloads per month by default);
- Plus and Enterprise plans provide access to textbooks, notes, past papers, and other supported resource types (30 and 40 downloads per month by default); and
- Certain files may remain view-only because of copyright, technical, security, or access restrictions.
The current Pricing and Plans page controls if it differs from a general description in these Terms.
Download limits may be calculated using SmartParho’s server time or Pakistan Standard Time.
You must not attempt to bypass viewing, account, subscription, or download restrictions by:
- Creating multiple accounts;
- Sharing accounts;
- Manipulating cookies, sessions, headers, devices, or IP addresses;
- Using bots, scripts, scraping tools, browser automation, or download managers;
- Accessing private storage directly;
- Reusing, modifying, guessing, or sharing signed file links;
- Exploiting technical errors;
- Copying protected viewer content through automated means; or
- Using another person’s plan without permission.
SmartParho may temporarily restrict viewing or downloads where unusual activity, automation, account sharing, fraud, or security threats are detected.
11. Permitted Use of Resources
You may use SmartParho resources for lawful personal study, teaching support, and educational reference, subject to the rights of the applicable author, publisher, education board, institution, Contributor, or other rights holder.
Accessing or downloading a resource does not transfer its ownership or copyright to you.
Unless you have permission from the relevant rights holder, you must not:
- Sell a resource;
- Commercially redistribute it;
- Re-upload it to another website, application, group, channel, or file service;
- Operate a competing or unauthorised download library;
- Remove copyright, attribution, source, or watermark information;
- Claim to be the author or official publisher;
- Modify it in a misleading manner;
- Use it to create fraudulent academic documents; or
- Grant another person commercial rights to it.
Permission to view or download a resource does not automatically include permission to reproduce, publish, adapt, sublicense, or distribute it.
12. Subscriptions and Paid Plans
SmartParho may offer:
- Student subscriptions;
- Standard, Plus, and Enterprise download plans;
- Sponsor plans;
- Featured placement;
- Institution-profile services; and
- Other paid features.
Before paying, you are responsible for reviewing:
- The plan name;
- Price;
- Duration;
- Included benefits;
- Download permissions;
- Profile or placement benefits;
- Activation requirements;
- Expiry rules; and
- The Refund Policy.
Plan names, prices, limits, and features may change.
Changes normally apply prospectively and will not remove already activated benefits during a paid period, except where a change is reasonably necessary for:
- Legal compliance;
- Security;
- Fraud prevention;
- Technical operation;
- Copyright protection; or
- Enforcement of these Terms.
A paid plan does not guarantee uninterrupted access to every resource. Individual resources may be removed or restricted for legal, technical, copyright, security, or moderation reasons.
13. Payments and Manual Verification
SmartParho may accept payments through:
- JazzCash;
- Easypaisa;
- Bank transfer; or
- Another method displayed on the payment page.
These payments may require manual verification.
Submitting payment proof does not itself guarantee activation.
A plan is normally activated only after:
- Payment is received;
- The amount is confirmed;
- The transaction reference is verified;
- The payment is matched to the correct account and plan; and
- SmartParho approves the verification.
You are responsible for submitting accurate and genuine payment information.
You must not submit:
- Altered or fabricated screenshots;
- Reused receipts;
- False transaction references;
- Another person’s payment proof without permission;
- Misleading payment information;
- Unauthorised chargeback requests; or
- Evidence of a reversed or cancelled transaction as a completed payment.
SmartParho will never require your payment PIN, ATM PIN, password, OTP, or mobile-wallet security code.
Payment activation may be delayed or refused where information is incomplete, unreadable, duplicated, inconsistent, disputed, reversed, or cannot be verified.
Fees charged by a bank, mobile-wallet provider, telecommunications provider, or payment service are your responsibility unless SmartParho expressly states otherwise.
14. Plan Activation, Renewal, and Expiry
Plan access begins after successful activation and expires at the end of the applicable plan period.
Where payments are manual, a new payment and verification may be required before a plan is renewed.
An expired plan may result in:
- Reduced download access;
- Loss of paid plan permissions;
- Loss of featured placement;
- Restricted paid-dashboard features; or
- Reversion to the applicable free-account level.
Expiry does not automatically delete your account, bookmarks, approved resources, or public profile.
Any automatic-renewal arrangement will apply only where it is clearly disclosed before payment.
15. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy.
Refunds may be considered where:
- A verified duplicate payment occurred;
- SmartParho activated a payment against the wrong account or plan;
- A verified payment could not be used because the purchased service was unavailable for an extended period after activation; or
- Another circumstance is expressly covered by the Refund Policy.
Refunds may be refused where:
- A substantial part of the plan period has already been used;
- Download or featured-placement benefits have been consumed;
- The request results from a violation of these Terms;
- The account was suspended for fraud, abuse, infringement, or prohibited conduct;
- Payment proof was false or misleading;
- A chargeback was initiated without first contacting SmartParho where prior contact was reasonably possible; or
- The payment was a voluntary donation.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible and remain subject to payment-provider and banking processing times.
Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Contributor Applications and Uploads
Contributors may be allowed to submit:
- Textbooks;
- Notes;
- Keybooks;
- Past papers;
- Model papers;
- Solved papers;
- Guides; and
- Other educational resources.
Submissions may remain pending until reviewed by SmartParho.
Submitting content does not guarantee that it will be:
- Reviewed within a particular time;
- Approved;
- Published;
- Promoted;
- Made downloadable;
- Retained permanently; or
- Eligible for donations.
SmartParho may reject, edit, reclassify, restrict, unpublish, archive, replace, or remove a submission for reasons including:
- Poor quality;
- Unreadable formatting;
- Incorrect information;
- Incorrect board, class, subject, medium, type, or year;
- Duplicate content;
- Copyright concerns;
- Privacy or safeguarding concerns;
- Malware or unsafe links;
- Inappropriate or unlawful material;
- Outdated educational content;
- Misleading claims;
- Violation of Contributor guidelines; or
- Platform editorial standards.
Administrative approval is not a legal guarantee that content is accurate, authorised, non-infringing, safe, or suitable for every student.
17. Contributor Responsibilities
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You created it;
- You own the necessary rights;
- You have valid permission or a licence to share it; or
- It may otherwise lawfully be made available through SmartParho.
You also confirm that your submission:
- Does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- Does not contain malware or harmful code;
- Is accurately described and categorised;
- Does not falsely claim official approval;
- Does not violate an obligation to a school, publisher, employer, student, client, or other person;
- Does not contain confidential or illegally obtained examination material;
- Does not contain unnecessary personal information; and
- Does not endanger or exploit a child.
You are responsible for obtaining permission for third-party names, logos, photographs, illustrations, answer keys, student work, institutional materials, or other protected content included in a submission.
Do not upload:
- Student identity documents;
- Private academic records;
- Examination-login details;
- Personal addresses or phone numbers not intended for publication;
- Payment credentials;
- Confidential institutional documents;
- Unreleased examination materials obtained without authority; or
- Content whose publication could harm a child.
18. Licence Granted to SmartParho
You retain any ownership rights you have in the content you submit.
By submitting content to SmartParho, you grant SmartParho a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
- Host and store the content;
- Review and moderate it;
- Reproduce and technically process it;
- Display it through SmartParho;
- Allow users to view or download it under platform rules;
- Create previews, excerpts, thumbnails, and metadata;
- Convert, compress, optimise, or format it;
- Organise and categorise it;
- Attribute it to you where appropriate;
- Promote the content and SmartParho through website pages, search listings, email, or social channels; and
- Retain reasonable backup, security, moderation, and legal copies.
This licence exists to operate, improve, secure, and promote SmartParho and the submitted resource.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, submitting content does not entitle you to:
- Employment;
- Royalties;
- Advertising revenue;
- A fixed payment;
- Guaranteed donations;
- Guaranteed traffic; or
- Permanent publication.
Where removal is permitted, the licence for active public use will normally end after removal. Copies may remain temporarily in backups, legal records, security files, search-engine caches, or systems outside SmartParho’s control.
19. Contributor Profiles, Donations, and Payouts
Approved Contributors may be allowed to create public profiles and receive voluntary support.
SmartParho does not guarantee:
- Profile approval;
- Public visibility;
- Donations;
- Payout eligibility;
- Promotion;
- A minimum donation amount; or
- Any income.
Before processing a payout, SmartParho may request information reasonably required to verify:
- Identity;
- Ownership of the account;
- Mobile-wallet or bank details;
- Payment eligibility; and
- Compliance with these Terms.
SmartParho may delay, reject, reverse, or withhold a payout while investigating:
- Fraud;
- False identity information;
- Copyright complaints;
- Payment reversals;
- Disputed donations;
- Account compromise;
- Illegal activity;
- Policy violations; or
- Requests from a payment provider or lawful authority.
Contributor activity does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or professional relationship with SmartParho.
20. Sponsors, Schools, Academies, and Institutions
Sponsors and institutions may be allowed to:
- Create a public profile;
- Submit verification information;
- Appear in a directory;
- Receive student enquiries;
- Purchase a Sponsor plan;
- Receive featured placement; or
- Support educational access.
By creating an institutional profile, you confirm that:
- The organisation genuinely exists;
- You are authorised to represent it;
- Its name, location, programmes, contact information, fees, and claims are accurate;
- You have permission to use its name, logo, images, and promotional materials;
- Any registration, licence, accreditation, affiliation, result, or approval claimed is genuine and current; and
- The profile does not mislead students or imply an endorsement that does not exist.
You must keep public profile information accurate and updated.
SmartParho may request verification documents. However, verification does not constitute:
- Government accreditation;
- Academic recognition;
- A guarantee of educational quality;
- A guarantee of student safety;
- Approval of fees;
- Verification of every statement;
- A recommendation; or
- An endorsement by SmartParho.
SmartParho may remove a verification badge, suspend enquiries, restrict a profile, or remove an institution where information is false, outdated, disputed, unsafe, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
21. Featured Placement and Sponsor Results
A Sponsor plan may include:
- A public institution profile;
- Directory placement;
- A verification indicator;
- Featured placement;
- Homepage visibility;
- Priority positioning;
- Student-enquiry features; or
- Other benefits shown on the Pricing or Sponsor page.
SmartParho does not guarantee:
- A particular number of views;
- A particular search-engine ranking;
- Student enquiries;
- Admissions;
- Enrolments;
- Sales;
- Revenue;
- Permanent placement;
- Continuous homepage visibility; or
- A return on payment.
Placement may vary according to plan, availability, relevance, rotation, device, page design, moderation, and platform changes.
A “verified” label only means that SmartParho performed the review process it considered appropriate at the time. It is not a guarantee or endorsement.
22. Student Enquiries
SmartParho may allow students and parents to contact Sponsors, schools, academies, institutions, or Contributors.
When submitting an enquiry, you authorise SmartParho to deliver the information you enter to the intended recipient.
You must not use enquiry features to send:
- Spam;
- Threats;
- Harassment;
- False information;
- Unrelated advertising;
- Malware;
- Illegal content;
- Passwords or OTPs;
- Unnecessary identity documents; or
- Sensitive information not required for the enquiry.
Recipients must use enquiries only for legitimate communication relating to the user’s request and must handle personal information responsibly.
SmartParho is not a party to:
- Admissions;
- Enrolment agreements;
- Fee payments made directly to an institution;
- Meetings;
- Courses;
- Promises;
- Contracts; or
- Other arrangements between a user and an institution.
Students and parents must independently check:
- Registration and accreditation;
- Course information;
- Fees and refund terms;
- Teacher qualifications;
- Location;
- Safety arrangements;
- Results and claims;
- Admission requirements; and
- Other important information.
SmartParho is not responsible for an institution’s actions, statements, services, fees, admissions decisions, or handling of an enquiry after delivery.
23. Donations
Donations to SmartParho, Contributors, teachers, schools, or educational initiatives are voluntary.
A donation does not provide:
- Ownership;
- Voting rights;
- Control over SmartParho;
- Employment;
- A guaranteed service;
- Guaranteed recognition; or
- A guaranteed educational result.
Donations for general free-education or operating purposes may be used for:
- Hosting;
- Bandwidth;
- File storage;
- Platform development;
- Content review;
- Administration;
- Security;
- Educational access; and
- Related operational needs.
Where a donation is described as supporting a specific Contributor, school, institution, or purpose, SmartParho will make reasonable efforts to administer it accordingly, subject to:
- Verification;
- Fraud prevention;
- Payment-provider restrictions;
- Payout eligibility;
- Disputes;
- Legal requirements; and
- Applicable donation rules.
Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where SmartParho confirms a payment error.
24. User Content and Feedback
“User Content” includes profiles, descriptions, messages, enquiries, uploads, logos, images, feedback, reports, and other material you submit.
You remain responsible for your User Content.
You must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it.
SmartParho may moderate, edit, restrict, reject, or remove User Content where reasonably necessary for:
- Safety;
- Quality;
- Accuracy;
- Privacy;
- Security;
- Legal compliance;
- Copyright protection; or
- Enforcement of these Terms.
When you submit non-confidential feedback or suggestions, you permit SmartParho to use them to improve the Services without payment or obligation to you.

- Supporting evidence reasonably required to assess it.
SmartParho may temporarily restrict content while investigating.
We may remove content, request more information, restore content where appropriate, or take action against repeat infringers.
Submitting a false, misleading, or abusive complaint may result in rejection, account restrictions, or other appropriate action.

SmartParho does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party:
- Content;
- Terms;
- Privacy practices;
- Security;
- Availability;
- Products;
- Services;
- Statements; or
- Transactions.
A link, profile, verification indicator, or listing does not necessarily mean that SmartParho endorses the third party.

- Cooperate with lawful authorities; or
- Take other reasonable and proportionate action.
SmartParho is not required to disclose internal security methods, evidence, fraud indicators, moderation systems, or confidential reports.
We may act without advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, child safety, infringement, unlawful activity, payment abuse, or harm to users.
32. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using SmartParho at any time.
SmartParho may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where:
- You violate these Terms or another policy;
- You provide false or misleading information;
- Payment proof or verification documents appear fraudulent;
- Your account creates a security risk;
- You repeatedly submit infringing material;
- You misuse downloads, enquiries, donations, subscriptions, or profiles;
- Continued access creates legal or safety risks;
- A lawful authority requires action; or
- An inactive account is no longer reasonably required.
Where appropriate, SmartParho may allow you to explain or appeal a decision.
We are not required to restore access where doing so would create fraud, legal, security, safeguarding, or infringement risks.
Suspension or termination may result in loss of:
- Bookmarks;
- Download access;
- Subscription benefits;
- Contributor access;
- Sponsor access;
- Unpublished submissions;
- Featured placement; and
- Other account features.
Provisions that should reasonably continue after termination—including ownership, licences required for backups or legal records, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnities, and dispute terms—will continue to apply.
33. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting SmartParho from the email address associated with your account.
Before deletion, SmartParho may verify your identity and retain information reasonably necessary for:
- Payment records;
- Accounting;
- Fraud prevention;
- Copyright disputes;
- Legal obligations;
- Security investigations;
- Outstanding donations or payouts;
- Enforcement of these Terms; or
- Protection of another person’s rights.
Deleting an account may not immediately remove:
- Published resources;
- Public profiles requiring separate review;
- Delivered enquiries;
- Search-engine caches;
- Secure backups; or
- Records that SmartParho must retain.
34. Service Availability and Changes
SmartParho may change, suspend, restrict, test, redesign, or discontinue any part of the Services.
We do not guarantee that SmartParho will always be:
- Available;
- Error-free;
- Secure from every threat;

- Technical errors;
- Legal requests; or
- Events beyond SmartParho’s reasonable control.
35. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SmartParho and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
SmartParho does not make express or implied warranties concerning:
- Accuracy;
- Completeness;
- Authenticity;
- Availability;
- Security;
- Fitness for a particular purpose;
- Non-infringement;
- Academic outcomes;
- Institution quality;
- Contributor reliability;
- Sponsor results; or
- Compatibility with a particular device.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
